Neena had already a successful 20 year career in Marketing and Advertising in multi-family housing in the Baltimore and Washington area and wanted to continue working in Real Estate on Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay. Today, one of her gifts as a successful Virginia Realtor, is knowing her market by water as well as she knows the property by land. With over 35 years’ experience in real estate sales and development in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula, Ann knows the area, what’s available and what’s on the drawing board.
Ann began her career in commercial real estate in 1985. In 1992 she moved into the residential markets with Select Properties of Virginia. In 2006 Ann decided to open her own real estate firm and hasn’t looked back. Ann might be most well known for her unique approach to location, location, location. All of her listings show potential buyers where properties are located through photographs she takes from an airplane. Utilizing her love of flying and photography she is able to bring home the complexities of buying on the water and what location really means.
Sandi Lent
With a career that spans 20+years and thousands of transactions, Sandi has devoted her career to residential real estate. Whether a waterfront estate or cozy condominium, Sandi’s analytical perspective and negotiation skills are idea in guiding her clients to fulfill their real estate goas.
