Neena Rodgers: We initially contacted Neena Rodgers with Isabel K. Horsley Real Estate to be our realtor because of the many listings she had on the internet. Her listings stood out because of the quality of the photos and the detail of the information. We were in the process of selling our house in Northern Virginia, and had been interested in moving to the Chesapeake Bay area of Virginia. In previous years we had worked with two other realtors in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula area, but we were discouraged because after days of looking at properties, we really didn’t see anything we envisioned as a place we would live. That all changed when we met with Neena and previewed a substantial portfolio of properties she had arranged for us to see. During our viewings we saw several properties that were very interesting and a few we could see as our new home if we were to sell.

In the next few months we got a contract on our house in Northern Virginia, so we intensified our hunting for a house on the water. Again, Neena did an excellent job of showing us properties that fit our specifications, and she gave us good advice and several tips on what to look for on waterfront properties. We were particularly interested in a property that Neena showed us that wasn’t even listed yet, but she said it would be on the market soon. We’re sure that most realtors in the area didn’t even know about this property. Neena helped tremendously in negotiating a deal on the property, and in fact, without her invaluable assistance, we’re convinced we would never have come to an agreement. She also made it possible for us to settle on this property the same day we settled the sale of our previous house.

We’re now moved into our property on the Piankatank River, and we love living here. Without Neena’s vigilant assistance, this would not have happened. Whenever people ask us about our experience in purchasing this property, we tell them Neena Rodgers was our agent, and we couldn’t have found a better realtor.
